LivBon Inc. was founded in 2015 by Anna Ciccarelli, who serves as the owner and president. After spending 15 years as a stay-at-home mom, Anna embarked on her own venture once her children left for university. Inspired by her mother’s traditional Sicilian arancini (rice ball) recipe, which had been passed down through generations, Anna established LivBon Inc. The name “LivBon” is a blend of her mother’s maiden and married names.

Initially, LivBon did not offer gluten-free products. However, with the rising prevalence of food sensitivities and a growing demand for gluten-free options, Anna seamlessly transitioned the company to focus on gluten-free products. Upon completing her university education, Anna’s daughter, Claudia, joined the family business, contributing her leadership and excellent communication skills.
